Minerva joins its own data on 270M US consumers to your customer list. Its agent finds the high-value people your own data can't see, explains why each one fits, and hands back an audience plus a campaign brief. Marketing and growth teams at companies like Ramp, Polymarket and Wander use Minerva, along with the NBA and pro sports teams and venues like Hard Rock Stadium.
The questions below cover what Minerva does, where its data comes from, how it compares to tools you already use, how sports teams use it, and what it costs. Jump to the section you need, or book a demo to see it on your own data.
About Minerva
What does Minerva do?
Minerva finds the people worth marketing to and builds the campaign around them. You connect your customer data, Minerva joins its own consumer data onto it, and its agent surfaces the high-value people in your list plus the ones like them you have never reached. Each audience comes with the reasons its members fit and a campaign brief covering segment, angle and channel.
Who is Minerva for?
Minerva is built for marketing and growth teams at consumer and B2B brands that need to know more about their customers than their own data shows. Pro sports teams and venues use it to find premium ticket and suite buyers. Larger enterprises with their own data teams buy Minerva's data and identity products directly and use them inside their own systems.
What makes Minerva different from other AI marketing platforms?
Minerva brings its own data. Other marketing platforms work with the data you already have; Minerva adds income, net worth, occupation, home and household details on 270M US consumers, so the audiences it builds include people and signals your systems never captured. It also links a person's work identity to their personal email, phone and home address, which lets consumer channels like direct mail reach B2B buyers at home.
Who founded Minerva, and where is it based?
Jackson Engles (CEO), Daniel Saedi (CSO) and Mathew Joseph (CTO) founded Minerva in 2023. The company is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, with engineers in the Netherlands and the UK.
Which companies use Minerva?
Customers include Ramp, Polymarket, Wander, Trust & Will, Luxury Presence and the NBA, along with pro teams and venues such as Hard Rock Stadium.
Is Minerva the same as the Minerva listed on Capterra or ZoomInfo?
No. Minerva at minerva.io (Minerva BI, Inc.) is the AI marketing platform described on this page. ZoomInfo’s profile of Minerva BI describes it as a data-visualization platform, which is out of date. Minerva is also unrelated to a legacy software product named Minerva on Capterra, to Minerva Group LLC, and to the LinkedIn page /company/minervaknows. Minerva’s LinkedIn page is linkedin.com/company/tryminerva and its G2 profile is g2.com/products/minerva-minerva.
Minerva's data
Where does Minerva's consumer data come from?
Minerva licenses consumer data from established US data providers, under contracts that permit its use, and adds public records such as property, deed and business filings. Minerva's identity graph then links those sources, settles conflicts between them, and merges duplicate records into one profile per person. Income and wealth ranges come from Minerva's own models.

How much data does Minerva have?
| Data | Size |
|---|---|
| US consumer profiles | 270M |
| Attributes per profile | 1,000+, across 10 categories |
| Linked identifiers in the identity graph | 4.6B+, including 1.3B+ email links and 1.2B+ phone links |
| Profiles with at least 5 of the 10 categories filled | 93% |
| Address-history records | 2.5B |
| Property-history records | 1.1B |
What data does Minerva have on each person?
Each profile is grouped into categories that include:
- Identity and contact: name, postal address and address history, email and phone.
- Demographics and household: age, household size and homeownership.
- Property and home: home value, equity, mortgage details and property history.
- Income and wealth: modeled ranges.
- Professional: title, employer, work history and education.
- Lifestyle and interests: how people spend their free time and attention.
- Vehicle ownership: make, model and year.
- Digital identity: hashed emails and device IDs.
Coverage is highest on contact and household fields.
Does Minerva know a person's actual income or net worth?
No. Minerva's income and wealth data are modeled estimates delivered as ranges. They are not anyone's financial records.
How does Minerva connect a B2B buyer to their personal contact details?
Minerva's identity graph links a person's professional email and phone to their personal email, mobile number and home address. That link lets B2B teams reach the decision-makers they already target through consumer channels such as direct mail.
How accurate is Minerva's data, and what match rate should I expect?
Match rates depend on the file you bring, so Minerva measures them on your own records before you buy. In one match test on about 850,000 records, Minerva matched 60% blended, against about 50% from Acxiom on the same file. When Minerva can't tie a record to a real person with confidence, the graph holds it apart rather than forcing a match.
How current is the data?
Property records refresh daily and core identity refreshes monthly. Minerva also keeps history, so it shows when people moved and how their homes changed hands and value, which often signals a coming purchase.
Can we test Minerva's data before we buy?
Yes. Send a sample of your customer file, and Minerva shows which categories fill in, what the profiles look like and where history adds to your records, before any contract.
What happens to the customer data we send Minerva?
Minerva processes customer data as a service provider and matches it on hashed identifiers.
Does Minerva cover consumers outside the US?
No. Minerva's data covers US consumers only and is hosted in the US. Companies outside the US use it to find and reach American customers.
How does Minerva handle consumer privacy?
Minerva is a registered data broker and is enrolled in California's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform (DROP). Consumers can access, delete or opt out of their data through Minerva's privacy center. Minerva's data can't be used for credit, employment, insurance or housing decisions, and Minerva doesn't provide consumer reports.
How Minerva compares to other tools
How is Minerva different from Hightouch?
Minerva brings consumer data your warehouse doesn’t have: income, wealth, home, household and professional details on 270M US consumers, plus links from a person’s work email and phone to their personal contact details and home address. Minerva’s agent uses that data to find the high-value people in your list, score them by how closely they resemble your best customers, and source new prospects from outside your own records. Hightouch works with the data already in your warehouse and moves it into your marketing tools. Both products send audiences to the same kinds of destinations, including Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, HubSpot and Salesforce, so teams already running Hightouch can use Minerva to decide who belongs in an audience and send it from either one.
Is Minerva a customer data platform (CDP)?
Minerva covers much of what marketers use a CDP for. It matches your customer records to its identity graph, fills in missing details, scores and segments people, and sends audiences to your ad platforms, CRM and lifecycle tools. It also adds what a CDP can’t supply: data on 270M US consumers, including the people who aren’t in your records yet. Minerva doesn’t collect event data from your website or app, so teams that need real-time behavioral tracking keep their CDP and connect Minerva alongside it.
How does Minerva compare to data providers like Experian, LiveRamp or FullContact?
Data providers sell records and identity matching; your team decides what to do with them. Minerva sells the data together with an agent that does that work: it finds the high-value people, explains why they fit, and builds the audience and brief. Minerva also links work identities to personal contact details and home addresses, so B2B marketers can reach decision-makers at home.
How is Minerva different from asking ChatGPT about my customers?
ChatGPT has no access to your customer records or to person-level consumer data. Minerva's agent works on your own list joined to Minerva's data, so its answers name real people and real counts. You can also query Minerva from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants through Minerva's MCP server.
Minerva for sports teams and venues
How do pro sports teams use Minerva?
Teams use Minerva to find premium season ticket and suite buyers in their market before inventory goes on sale. Minerva enriches a team's fan and ticketing records with wealth, life-event, demographic, location and career data, then surfaces the fans most likely to buy premium plus high-value people in the market the team has never reached.
How do teams find high-net-worth fans in their market?
A team connects its ticketing and CRM data, and Minerva adds income, net worth, home value and occupation to each matched fan. Its agent then ranks fans by premium potential and builds a prospecting audience of similar high-value people within a set radius of the venue. Ticketing and premium sales teams get a named list with the reasons each person fits.
What results have teams seen with Minerva?
At Hard Rock Stadium, revenue from premium ticket sales rose 15% and sales reps saved more than 6 hours a week each.
How does Minerva fit with Live Analytics, YouGov or Placer.ai?
Those tools measure fans and markets in aggregate through surveys, panels and foot-traffic data. Minerva works at the level of individual people in your own records, telling you which fans to call and why. Many teams keep their research tools for market questions and use Minerva to build the lists their sales teams work from.
How Minerva works
What happens after we connect our data?
- Minerva matches your customer records to its database of 270M US consumers and fills in contact, household, property, income and professional details for each person it matches.
- Its agent analyzes the result: who your most valuable customers are, what they have in common, and how they behave over time.
- It builds personas that show each group’s traits, purchase behavior and messaging, and scores people by how closely they resemble your best customers.
- It builds audiences from the top scorers, both people already in your data and new prospects from Minerva’s database, along with recommendations for reaching each group.
- You send each audience to your ad platforms, CRM or lifecycle tools, or to Lob for direct mail.
- Once campaigns run, the agent pulls results from your connected ad accounts, so you can see how each audience performed and refine the next one.
What can Minerva's agent do today?
Minerva’s agent analyzes your marketing and customer data, builds and scores audiences, and sends them to the tools you already use. Its work falls into five areas:
- Marketing analytics: compares Meta and Google Ads results by campaign, ad set and ad, including spend, conversions and platform-reported ROAS. It also analyzes revenue, cohorts, retention and lifetime value from your connected data, and runs forecasts in Python.
- Audiences: sources prospects from Minerva’s US consumer database, enriches your own records, and scores people by how closely they resemble your existing customers. It builds personas showing the traits, purchase behavior and messaging that set each group apart.
- Activation: sends audiences to your ad platforms, CRM and lifecycle tools, and to Lob for direct mail.
- Competitor research: tracks competitors, their reviews and market news.
- Reports and recurring work: builds shareable reports that show the SQL or Python behind them, and runs analyses on a schedule.
The agent doesn’t write ad creative or send ads and emails itself. Those run in your ad platforms and lifecycle tools.
How does Minerva score audiences?
Minerva scores each person in an audience by how closely they resemble your existing customers. You then create a new audience from the top-scoring percentage, whether those people are already in your data or new prospects from Minerva’s database. Minerva can also find new prospects who match one of your customer personas.
Can Minerva push audiences into my ad and email tools?
Yes. Minerva sends audiences directly to connected ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Microsoft Ads and X) and to CRM and lifecycle tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Iterable, Attentive and Marketo). It can also activate direct-mail audiences through Lob, or export any audience as a CSV, including platform-specific formats. Minerva tracks each activation’s progress, and your ad platforms and lifecycle tools send the ads, emails and messages themselves.
Can Minerva analyze my Meta and Google Ads performance?
Yes. Connect your Meta and Google Ads accounts, and Minerva’s agent analyzes results day over day or across any date range. It compares campaigns, ad sets or ad groups, and individual ads on spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, click-through rate and platform-reported ROAS. It also shows which Minerva audiences each campaign targets or excludes, and turns its findings into charts, tables and recommendations.
Does Minerva measure ROAS or do attribution?
Minerva reports ROAS as Meta and Google Ads report it. Its agent pulls spend, conversions and platform-reported ROAS from your connected ad accounts and compares them across campaigns, ad sets, ads and date ranges. It can also show which Minerva audiences each campaign targets or excludes, and analyze revenue, cohorts and lifetime value from your connected customer data.
Minerva doesn’t run its own attribution or measure incrementality. For a view of which channel drove a sale beyond what each ad platform claims, use your attribution or marketing mix tool alongside Minerva.
Can Minerva run reports on a schedule?
Yes. Ask the agent for an analysis or report once or on a recurring schedule, and it runs on its own. You can edit, pause, resume or manually run any scheduled task. Reports can be shared across your organization and show the SQL or Python behind each source, and audience and persona reports download as PDFs.
Can Minerva track my competitors?
Yes. Add your competitors, and Minerva researches them and keeps a profile of each, with market insights you can filter by recency, topic and importance. It also analyzes reviews of your company alongside reviews of the competitors you track.
Can I use Minerva from Claude, ChatGPT or my own code?
Yes. Minerva's API and MCP server let developers and AI assistants pull data and build audiences directly, with self-serve sign-up and billing.
Buying and evaluation
How much does Minerva cost?
Minerva offers Growth and Enterprise plans, and you can start with a free trial of Growth at app.minerva.io. See current pricing for plan details, or book a call for an Enterprise quote.
Is there a free trial or a self-serve option?
Yes. You can start a free trial of the Growth plan at app.minerva.io without talking to sales. The trial includes access to the platform, API, and MCP. Teams on Growth and Enterprise plans also get help from a Minerva team member to connect their data and build their first audiences.
How long does it take to get started?
Most teams start with a match test on a sample of their own records and see results within days. Time to a full rollout depends on how many data sources you connect.
What results have Minerva customers seen?
Wander reached 3.4x return on ad spend against a 1.69x baseline. Ramp, using Minerva to choose who received direct mail, saw a 72% lift in dollar-weighted sales-qualified pipeline over its own targeting logic. Hard Rock Stadium's results appear in the sports section.
Is Minerva secure?
Minerva has a SOC 2 Type 1 report, available through its security report, and hosts its data in the US.
What does Minerva integrate with?
- Data sources: Meta and Google Ads accounts, for campaign performance. You can also upload customer files directly.
- Ad platforms: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Microsoft Ads and X.
- CRM and lifecycle tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Iterable, Attentive and Marketo.
